6. third party services

6.1 Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google") and collects and stores data via this web analytics service, from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. The usage profiles created in this way are used to evaluate visitor behavior in order to design and improve the offer presented on this website in line with requirements. Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are small text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. The usage profiles kept under a pseudonym will also not be merged with personal data about the user without the user's express and separately declared consent. Thus, the balance shows that there are no overriding interests on your part (Art. 6 I p. 1 f DSGVO). You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
In addition, you can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set, which will prevent the collection of your data during future visits to this website: Google Analytics deactivate. You can view Google's privacy policy at http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/. For more information on terms of use and data protection, please visit http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "anonymizeIp" to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

6.2 Google Tag Manager

This website also uses the Google Tag Manager. Through this service, website tags can be managed via an interface. This Google tool only implements tags. No cookies are used in this process and no personal data is collected. The Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags, insofar as these are implemented with the Google Tag Manager.

6.3 Social media links

We have our own social media pages with the third-party providers that can be reached via links from this website. Using the links will take you to the respective websites of the third-party providers (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram). To avoid unnecessary data transfer, we recommend that you log out of the respective third-party provider before using a corresponding link, so that usage profiles cannot be created by the third-party provider simply by using the link.

6.4 Use of Facebook Remarketing Pixels

We use the remarketing function "Custom Audiences", which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The entity responsible for processing the information collected by Facebook is Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

This function allows us to target visitors to this website with advertising on Facebook. For this purpose, personalized and interest-based Facebook ads are displayed when Facebook pages are visited. The function is enabled on our website by a remarketing pixel from Facebook, which is implemented on the page.

The legal basis for the processing of your data by the remarketing pixel is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 I S.1 a DSGVO. You can revoke this consent at any time. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

A direct connection to the Facebook server is established via the pixel when you visit our website, if you have consented to the setting of the pixel or activated the plugin. It is thus transmitted to the Facebook server which of our web pages the user has visited. Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. For more information about the collection and use of data by Facebook, about your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

If you do not want Facebook to assign the collected information directly to your Facebook user account, you can edit the "Custom Audiences" remarketing function in your account settings at: https://www.facebook.com/login.php?next=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fsettings%2F%3Ftab%3Dads#_=_. To do this, you must be logged into Facebook.

6.5 Use of YouTube

This website and the integrated offers contain so-called embeddings of videos on YouTube. These enable the connection to YouTube and the videos stored there. YouTube is an offer of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Here, no interests of the users are affected, which outweigh this technical necessity of the integration of the videos (Art. 6 I S. 1 f DSGVO). The purpose and scope of data collection and use by Google, as well as your rights and settings options for protection as a customer of YouTube, please refer to the privacy notices of YouTube. These can be found at: http://www.youtube.com/t/privacy/.

This website uses Google AdSense, a service for integrating advertisements from Google. AdSense is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google AdSense uses cookies, which are small text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. Google AdSense also uses so-called web beacons. Web beacons are used to analyze visitor traffic and other information. The information generated by the cookies and web beacons about the use of this website and delivery of advertising formats will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. This also includes the IP address. The information may be passed on by Google to contractual partners of Google. The balancing results in that by the technical necessity for the advertising insertion of the processing does not oppose your rights and also does not outweigh your rights (Art. 6 I S. 1 f DSGVO).Especially also because Google does not merge your IP address with your other stored data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
